Shipping Policy

All Rebel Flock Co orders are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and shipped from US-based fulfillment partners.

Processing time

  • Apparel and totes: 2–4 business days production
  • Hats and accessories: 4–6 business days production
  • We do not produce or ship on weekends or US holidays.

Shipping methods (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production completes (USPS or UPS Ground)
  • Free shipping on US orders over $75
  • A tracking number is emailed automatically when your order ships

International shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States only at launch.
  • Sign up for our newsletter to hear when we add international shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package, contact us within 7 days.
  • If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email us within 7 days. We’ll replace at no charge.
