Shipping & Returns
The short version, in plain English. The long, formal versions live at Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy.
Shipping (US)
Everything we sell is made-to-order, printed in the USA, and shipped from a US-based fulfillment partner. That means each order goes through two phases:

Total: typically 5–10 business days door-to-door.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the print facility.
Free shipping over $75
US orders over $75 ship free. Under $75, Shopify calculates standard rates at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping
Not yet. We're US-only at launch. Subscribe to the newsletter and we'll let you know when this changes.
Returns
Because every item is printed individually, we can't accept returns on items that fit and were printed correctly — for the same reason a custom-printed wedding invitation isn't returnable.
The exceptions, where we cover everything:
- Misprints, defects, or wrong item. Email us within 14 days with a photo. We replace at no cost. No return shipping needed.
- Damaged in shipping. Photo within 7 days, we replace.
- Tracking shows delivered but you don't have it. Email within 7 days, we'll work with the carrier.
Email info@rebelflockco.com with photos and your order number. We respond within one business day, and a real person reads every message.
Wrong size?
If the garment fits how the manufacturer's size chart said it would but you wanted it bigger or smaller, we can't swap (each item is individually printed). We can offer a small discount on a re-order at the right size. Just email us.
When in doubt: size up. Most of our blanks (Oakley, Port Authority, Independent Trading) run slightly athletic.
Order changes & cancellations
We can change or cancel an order within 6 hours of you placing it. After that, the print facility has usually started production. Email us as fast as you can if something's wrong.
